Nose
significantly more powerful than the regular Harmony. Immediately it becomes clear that here the barrel selection tends more towards sherry fruit. Again, after some smelling, the vanilla from Grain is back, but the European oak is much more present.

Taste
creamy, full on, plenty of plum and red fruit, then mild oak, honey and light spicy notes. Again, the creme brulee. Delicious!

Finish
rather short, dry, also here a little sherry.
